What makes a good realtor? Well for me it was someone that was willing to do a little hand holding and help me make things happen. A good realtor in my mind was the expert I needed to calm my fears and tell me everything would be ok. Brad Leslie was more than a realtor he became a valued friend and mentor by helping me through a difficult time in my life and gave me a good push in the right direction. More than that, he became my cheering section and helped me to make the changes I needed to make. He gave me a purpose and reminded me that I could achieve the changes I was dreaming about. I turned over the "project management" to him and just did what I was told to do. Stick to your principals on the stuff that is important to you but let go of the result. Like most mid-life bachelors I am a task oriented guy so I just did the job and let the rest happen on it's own. My little piece of advice, if you just want someone to sell your house, you could find many to do that.
